Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HostPulse. By creating an account and using the application, you agree to them. HostPulse is operated by Fábio Luz, in Faro, Portugal.
1. What HostPulse is
HostPulse is a web application that helps short-term rental hosts sync iCal calendars from multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking, VRBO), receive empty-night alerts, and send reminders to guests and cleaning teams. It is a helper tool — it does not replace the platforms where you receive bookings.
2. Beta status
HostPulse is currently in beta. This means: (a) it is free for the entire beta period; (b) bugs, temporary downtime, or feature changes may occur; (c) we reserve the right to discontinue features, or the entire service, with 30 days notice by email.
3. Your account
To use HostPulse you need an invite code and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your access secure. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, contact us immediately.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use HostPulse only to manage legitimate rental properties that you host or have permission to manage. You may not use the service for spam, fraud, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this rule.
5. No warranty
HostPulse is provided "as is". While we do our best to keep it reliable, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that platform data will always be complete (some platforms, such as Airbnb, do not include every date in their iCal feed — notably nights you blocked manually). We are not responsible for missed bookings, failed notifications, or decisions made based on synced data.
6. Your data
Your data belongs to you. You can request full deletion at any time. For details on what we store and how, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Future payments
If we decide to introduce paid plans in the future, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email. At that point you may choose to continue with a paid plan, export your data, or delete your account — with no retroactive charges.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Faro, Portugal.
